My journey to this point has been shaped by resilience, love, and an unwavering belief that no matter where we come from, we all have the power to make an incredible impact on the world. Growing up in a world where opportunities felt limited, I knew deep down that I was meant for something greater. I was determined to create a life where I could uplift others and help them discover their own strength, potential, and purpose.

Growing up in a world where opportunities felt limited, I knew deep down that I was meant for something greater. I was determined to create a life where I could uplift others and help them discover their own strength, potential, and purpose.
Through Design Me a Donut, I’ve been blessed to work with thousands of young girls, empowering them to believe in themselves and chase their dreams, no matter the challenges they face. And with Major House Beauty, I’ve had the privilege of guiding women to build meaningful, profitable brands that reflect who they are at their core. Every step of my journey has been about helping others recognize that they have everything they need inside of them to succeed and create lasting change.
Rising from humble beginnings in Saint Louis, MO, where she began working at her first job at McDonald’s, Major diligently absorbed systems and principles that would later serve as the foundation of her own empire. Now living bi-coastally between Saint Louis and Los Angeles, Major lives by Maya Angelou’s inspiring words, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”
Her powerful message has reached over 100,000 students, as she speaks on stages and in arenas all over the United States, sparking a movement of young dreamers eager to turn aspirations into reality. Her impact resonates deeply, with features on Show Me Saint Louis, NBC, CBS, and partnerships with iHeart Media, the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Saint Louis American Newspaper.
She is the visionary force behind signature events such as Major Slusher’s Tea Parties and the Charcuterie Career Summit for teens, empowering young people with the confidence and tools they need to excel.
